Visit the Saint-Jacques Tower

From July 4 2014 until September 28, the city will open to the public the Tour Saint-Jacques, beautiful Gothic Flamboyant tower built in the 16th century. A 300 steps climb up to discover one of the most beautiful views in Paris, only on guide tour to preserve the site and its decoration.

After the success of 2013, the Tour Saint-Jacques is open to public throughout the summer, from July 4. Visits are by group of 17 people maximum accompanied by a guide (ask for english).

Restored between 2006 and 2009, you will be pleased to discover the vintage decorations that adorn the interior of the tower, learn why a statue of the physicist Blaise Pascal was built on the ground floor, and enjoy a breathtaking views of Paris.

A rise of 300 steps which requires a good physical condition, prohibited for children under 10 years and not recommended for people with walking difficulties or heart problems.
